A compelling, true story which will have you both laughing and crying. This incredibly easy to read book containing photographs and poetry is a fascinating, funny and insightful account of living with an autistic child.
Written by his mother but told from Jodi's perspective this story will really
help reassure people about autism. Jodi has a very self restricted diet. After developing regressive autism he would only eat things that were round and beige or brown. His diet has improved considerably following safe detoxification of heavy metals assisted bySeagreens® balanced vitamin and mineral seaweed natural health products. Jodi still won't eat fruit or vegetables, has very little dairy, yet remains incredibly fit and healthy. His parents are convinced that daily optimum nutrition from the small amounts of balanced natural vitamins, minerals and vital nutrients found in Seagreens® is the key to his good health. Foreword from I'm Not Naughty - I'm Autistic - Jodi's Journey
Jodi's Journey is written for
no one in particular and everyone in general. It is the story of his life so far, interspersed with some of the little facets of autism. The writer hopes
it will give a small insight into this invisible, inexplicable and, thus far, apparantly incurable disability. I am Jodi's mother and have written the story as though he is the narrator. Jodi does not use language. He says words and that is not the same thing. There are situations in this story therefore when I can only presume to know what he was thinking or why he did something. Only one person knows for certain and he is not disclosing that information - yet!
"I loved this book (I'm Not Naughty - I'm Autistic), from the attractive front cover right through to the "rules" (some of the best I've seen), the poetry and the photographs. Writing as Jodi was an excellent idea and really makes people understand (about autism), better than writing about Jodi. I do hope that it will become widely read."

“Thankyou very much for I’m Not Naughty I’m Autistic- Jodi’s Journey. It provided me with a fascinating insight into the world of autism in a very readable form. I have learnt a great deal from the book and I will look with new eyes at the more ‘difficult’ children I see or work with. Some of your approaches seem to me equally relevant to children with other conditions too.
I think the book has enlarged both my understanding and my humanity. I hope so anyway. Though written from, or told from, Jodi’s perspective it gives a real insight into the huge challenges faced by the families and, in your case especially, the mother. Take a bow!” – P Smith, Downham Market, UK

Guaranteed to make you think, this often humorous, informative true story
, connects autism and mercury poisoning caused by dental
amalgam and childhood vaccines.
Jodi had high levels of mercury poisoning and improved considerably following
detoxification of heavy metals assisted by Seagreens® natural health
products. These balanced natural vitamin, mineral and vital nutrient seaweed
supplements aid his otherwise unhealthy self-restricted diet.
Jodi's mother suffered worrying health problems due to her dental amalgam
fillings. After detoxification of mercury and other heavy metals, safe
replacement of amalgam and a continuous nutritional protocol including daily
Seagreens® seaweed natural multivitamins she is once more enjoying remarkably
good health. Foreword from Autism Amalgam and Me - Jodi's Journey Continues
For those of you who haven't read my first book, called I'm Not Naughty - I'm Autistic - Jodi's Journey, I will introduce myself. I am Jodi's mum and this book, unlike the original, has been written as though narrated by both Jodi and myself. My son Jodi is autistic and does not use language. He uses odd words, which is not quite the same thing, but manages to convey a great deal of information nevertheless.
This book deals with two different subjects: why I think Jodi is autistic and mercury toxicity caused by dental amalgam. It continues from where the last story ended, and has been written partly because of genuine interest in Jodi, but mostly because of an amazing sequence of events that have proved incredibly beneficial to our lives. We will share them with you so you can see how the two topics are connected.
